Group Singing Workshop

A hands-on, confidence-boosting group vocal coaching session in a relaxed and supportive setting.

Professional Singer & Vocal Coach

Laura Wyatt is an experienced professional vocalist and singing teacher who is trained in vocal anatomy and physiology and has a confident understanding of vocal technique and style. As an experienced professional performer, she also has many insights to share on stagecraft, using a microphone, and performing with confidence.

What to Expect

Group Warm Up

We start with a group warm up accompanied by piano. This is not only to physically prepare our bodies and voices to sing but also to start building confidence while singing together so that we can feel more comfortable to sing individually. The maximum number of singers in a group is 10.

Personalised Coaching

Each member of the group has the opportunity to perform an excerpt from a song of their choice to the group. We then spend 10 minutes working on any elements of technique or performance that the singer is finding challenging, and we practice the techniques as a group.

Cool down and Q&A

The last ten minutes of the session is set aside for resetting the voice and clarifying any techniques that have already been discussed in the workshop through a quick Q&A.
